At Gexa Energy, we are committed to supporting organizations that strengthen our local community. On Saturday, September 10, Gexa employees came together to raise over $6,000 in donations at the 2016 Candlelighters Fun Walk in Houston. This money will help fund Camp CLIFF, an annual weekend camp for children with cancer and their families hosted by the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Family Alliance.

Over 35 Gexa Energy employees, family members and friends volunteered their time and participated in the walk during this impactful event. We had a great time joining forces with this great local organization that supports families of children with cancer as they battle the disease and the inherited financial burden.
Not only were we the largest corporate team in attendance, but we also won "Best Dressed" for the corporate sponsors!
